Professional Biography
Kyle Fielding joined the firm in 2006. He is an
experienced litigator and transactional advisor. He
has appeared in Utah state and federal courts, and
in Utah administrative agencies. He works with a
variety of clients ranging from individuals to small
business owners to large corporations to public
entities. Kyle is also a regular volunteer at Utah
Legal Services and the Guadalupe Legal Clinic where
he provides assistance to underserved clients with a
wide range of legal problems, including divorces and
other family legal issues, protective orders,
landlord/tenant issues, immigration issues, property
disputes, employment disputes, and disability
issues.
