Professional Biography
Ms. Delacenserie has served as bond counsel with respect
to a variety of municipal
obligations, including general obligation notes and bonds,
bond anticipation notes, tax and revenue anticipation notes
and tax-exempt leases. She also has experience with the
issuance of qualified 501(c)(3) bonds and exempt facility
bonds. Moreover, Ms. Delacenserie has worked with
municipal building authorities, special districts, cities
and towns in connection with the issuance of various types
of revenue bonds.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Delacenserie worked for a
national public accounting firm. In addition, prior to
moving to Utah and joining Smith|Hartvigsen,
Ms. Delacenserie practiced with regional and national bond
counsel law firms.
